In order to login to dashboard, you have to visit your website link following /wp-admin.
For example: www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin
Since your website is not online yet, you have to use the link provided earlier to you which is:
FIRST THINGS FIRST.
You have to login to the dashboard.
Enter the username sent to you by email from Weggli team. ex: Gurbachan
Enter the password sent to you by email.
Hit the login button to login into dashboard.
After login you will see the dashboard.
Please click on the menu called “Pages“
Clcik on the menu called “Pages” to navigate to the pages list.
Edit the desired page
Click on the page name that you want to edit.
Please note that you just first have to change the English version of the page.
Editing the elemets in pages or posts.
To edit any element in the page, you just must hover over it and then three buttons appear.
- Edit
- Duplicate
- Delete
See the image on the right side:
The first icon is to edit the content. So you just click on it and then a window appears top edit the content.
The second icon is to duplicate the content so if you have repetitive content, you do not need to write them all the time.
The last button is to delete the item.
Here you can undo the last edit or change.
You can preview the changes live before publishing it to people.
The moment you click “update”, there are no going back and the page is visible to the world.
